Challenge
Hopkins Heights (HH) in their own words “is not another housing estate. It is a new village community, designed from scratch. People are at its heart”. To support this vision, HH needed a digital solution to inform new and prospective home-owners of important updates and events. They wanted to foster genuine engagement, avoiding the use of social media and email updates where possible.
Outcome
HH admin have delivered 60 campaigns to current and prospective homeowners in a 12 month period. The success of this initiative has resulted in the expansion of the HH Community App to their neighbouring village in Logan’s Beach. The centralised platform gave management the ability to share broad communications to both communities or target particular community groups.
